Bookbinding workshop with Andrée-Anne Dupuis-Bourret

At the beginning of this month I attended Montréal-based artist Andrée-Anne Dupuis-Bourret’s bookbinding workshop at GRAFF, Montréal. It was a great hands-on experience being introduced in both, Oriental as well as Western bookbinding using the thread. In two days we learned Japanese book binding basics including variations as well as the European stitching binding.
