On July 4, 2007 Kieran Hebden and Steve Reid performed at the Jazz Festival in Montreal. They unite the traditional percussion and electronic music to jazz, dub, funk, and more.

They were followed by the group Tortoise composed of 5 musicians which play very differnet styles of music. Interesting was the positioning of the musicians on stage. percussionists performed in front of all other musicians.
