I attended the vernissage of the show "Exister contre les faits: architecture/fiction/photographie" at Centre de Design de l'UQAM. The artist were present and explained their work. Photos by Belgium photographer Filip Dujardin feature building constructions shot in Belgium's countryside. Canadian photographer Arni Haraldsson shows monastery architecture photographs completed during a residency at Eveux-sur-Arbresle, near Lyon, France, in 2002. Celine Poisson presents the conceptual work "Sept fois un cône" from 2007, inspired by the story "Corrections" by Austrian writer Thomas Bernhard.
